Sick day/John’s turn

January 12, 2022

It’s John’s turn for the local virus. We need to take another sick day and hope John can recuperate as quickly as I did.

A brief update on John’s health: He has an appointment to see a surgeon tomorrow regarding the removal of the pleural effusion. The office said as long as he doesn’t have a fever, they’ll still see him. (Keep your fingers crossed.) Once that’s removed, we’ll have a better idea on the cancer situation. The oncologist was optimistic all was well, so we’re cautiously optimistic.  As always, thanks for your understanding and patience.
